Incident Investigation
Incidents provide very useful information to health and safety practitioners. They are indicators of problem areas in the various work activities and need to be studied carefully in order to take the right corrective action.
Clients can appoint one of our professional inspectors to assist them in the incident / accident investigation process. This would ensure that the incident scenario has been correctly assessed and that all causes are identified, including the route problems. With all this information in hand, an action plan of how to avoid reoccurences would then be developed.
